Lemon Poppyseed Party Cake Mini Loaf
banana mashed
1 egg
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup of monk fruit sugar replacement
1 tsp sugar free instant pudding mix Lemon
1 tsp Lemon low fat yogurt
zest of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp dried Lemon peel
1/2 tsp poppyseed (optional)
1 tsp cake batter extract
3 tsp of rainbow sprinkles (2 in batter 1 on top)
Combine all ingredient and place in a sprayed mini loaf pan and bake @ 350 degree for 30 minutes .
Add the juice of the zested lemon with some powdered monk fruit to make a simple glaze and glaze your loaf
4 sp on blue and purple and 6 on green for the whole loaf or eat half for 2 sp . be delish with some tea!

Lemon Poke Cake
I box of sugar free yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 unsweetened applesauce cup
1/4 cup of nf Greek yogurt
juice and zest of 1 lemon
Mix all wet ingredients and add cake mix to combine
Pe heat oven to 350
Place in prepared pan of your choice I use 9x13 and bake according to box (35 mins)
Check with a toothpick to make sure it is baked
Cool completely
1 box of sugar free instant lemon pudding
1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk ( you can use any milk)
1 tbsp of limoncello liquor
combine pudding, milk and liquor well and let sit of 20 mins,
Brush your cake with 1 tbsp limoncello
poke holes with the back of a wooden spoon and then spread pudding over cake
You can add cool whip to the whole cake if you choose but it will change the point that I get.
I figured 12 slices at 4 sp each on all plans and then I added 1 sp of whipped cream

Strawberry Shortcake in a Mug
Wet Ingredients
1 egg
1 tbsp of nf Greek yogurt
2 tbsp of unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla or extract of choice
2 tbsp of monk fruit sugar replacement
DRY ingredients
1/4 cup of quick oats
1 tbsp of ap flour
dash of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
Combine wet ingredients and add dry ingredient and mix well . Place in a large mug and cook for 2 mins in microwave . Remove immediately to a plate and let cool . Place sliced Strawberries in a bowl top with some monk fruit . Cut cake in half add berries and top with Whipped cream.
The amount of whipped cream will determine your final points
3sp on blue , 1 sp on purple and 5 sp on green ( for the cake only) add cream points .

Quick Pickled Jalapeños
4 fresh jalapeño sliced ( take seeds out if you don't want them too spicy )
1 cup while vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp of chopped garlic
2 tbsp of monk fruit sugar replacement
1/4 tsp salt
Mix all together in a glass bowl or jar , let stand at room temp for about 15 mins . Store in fridge and they will keep for a few weeks.

Chicken Chili using leftovers
1 pound of cooked boneless chicken breasts chopped
1 can of back beans drained and rinsed
1 can of corn drained
1 can of fire rotted diced tomatoes
1 cup of water mixed with a chicken bouillon
1 cup salsa
1 tsp of taco seasonings or to taste
1 tsp of chili powder or to taste
1 tsp of garlic jalapeño powder or to taste or just garlic
combine all in a large skillet and heat
add 1 cup of cooked quinoa or rice
heat through and server
the whole recipe is 6 sp on Blue and zero on purple green you have to count chicken and corn and beans .

Cracked Out Egg Salad on a Grits Mini Loaf
2 hard boiled eggs mashed
1 1/2 tsp bacon bits
2 sun-dried tomatoes chopped fine ( not in oil)
a few blades of chopped chives or dried
non fat Greek Yogurt ( you could use light mayo)
1 tsp powdered ranch dressing mix
Combine all and add spices of your choice I added Every thing but the bagel
Spread on your toasted loaf or bagel
zero Smart points on Blue and Purple 4 on Green
Grits Loaf
Grits Bread (mini loaf)
1 egg
3 tbsp instant grits
1 tsp butter extract
1/2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Mix everything well. Spray a mini loaf pan with non-stick spray add your mixture and bake 375 degrees for 25 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 mins and then removed and let cool on a wire rack
The whole mini loaf is 3 sp on blue 5 sp on green

Sweet Air Fryer Chick Peas
1 can of chick peas drained - do not rinse beans and save the juice
2 tbsp of sugar replacement
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pre-heat your air fryer to 400 degrees
place your chick peans on a parchment lined baking pan and air fry in 5 min increments until they are lightly browned ( mine took 18 mins)
I then placed chick peas in a bowl and I added 1 tbsp of the saved chick pean liquid and tossed to coat. I sprinkled the cinnamon mixture over top and tossed . I then placed back on the tray and airfryed another 5 minute for 2 cycles and tossed several times until they were done or my kitchen was smoky . lol yes they were smoky but not burnt. DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED .
Zero points on Blue and purple but WW tells you to count them as you may over eat them check your app.

Fudgy Brownie in a Mug
1 tbsp flour
1 1/2 tbsp of quick oats
2 tbsp of cocoa powder of your choice - I used dark

combine all in a mug and microwave for 80 seconds or until done ( it is a fudge brownie )

Crispy Oat Bars
1 1/2 cups of Sprouts brand brown rice cereal. 5 sp
1 1/2 cups of old fashioned oats
1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/3 cup of egg whites
1/3 cup of Lakanto monk Fruit sugar replacement
4 tbsp of Lakanto Monk Fruit Cinnamon Maple Syrup 1 sp
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all well and place in a greased 8x8 baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick spray .
I baked on my air fryer setting of my oven @400 degrees for12 mins till they were browned .
Cut into 10 bars

1 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats

Cranberry Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies ---- A riff on a Hungry Girl oat cookie
2 medium mashed bananas
1 egg
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp of brown sugar replacement
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of rolled old fashioned oates
1/2 cup quick oats
3 tbsp of dried cranberries chopped fine
30 lily chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare your cookie sheet with payment paper.Combine first 9 ingredients well then stir in cranberries and chips and combine. Use a cookie scoop and scoop out cookies. I like to press them down a bit before you bake I go 14 cookie . Bake for 18 mins. Cool completely
Points : Purple 0 sp or 1 cookie up to 4 cookies is 1sp. Blue Each cookie is 1 sp Green Each cookie is 1 sp they are 1 for 1 on Blue and Green.

Cottage Cheese Dips Two Different Ways
Greek Cottage Cheese dip
1/2 cup of FF cottage cheese or cottage cheese of your choice adjust the points ( 2sp)
3 -4 grape tomates chopped
2 tbsp of diced cucumber
olives of your choice I used 1 sp worth of Trader Joes
1 tsp of greek seasonings ]
I think some red onion would be great too 1/2 tbsp
combine all well in a bowl and serves as you choose , rice cakes or cucumber slices
BLT Dip
1/2 FF cottage cheese 2 sp
1 tsp of ranch powered dip
3-4 grape tomatoes
1 slice of bacon crumbled 1 sp
3 tbsp of diced lettuce
Combine all ingredients well and serve as you see fit , rice cakes , cucumbers , lettuce wraps
Both dips are 3 sp each .

Marshmello Peanutbutter Oatmeal Bake - Hungry Girl Recipe from Spring 2021 Magazine
Ingredients:
3 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp pb2 or powdered of your choice
1 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp of brown sugar substitute
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups unsweetened Cashew milk or vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup (about 4 large) egg whites or fat-free liquid egg substitute
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Topping
2 tsp creamy peanut butter the 2 tbsp pb powder from above
1/2 cup marshmello cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8" X 8" baking pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, combine oats, powdered peanut butter, chia seeds, sweetener, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
then add almond milk, applesauce, egg whites/substitute, , and vanilla extract. Mix until uniform.
Transfer the mixture to the baking pan, and smooth out the surface..
Bake until top is light golden brown and entire dish is cooked through, about 35 minutes. Cool then combine your pb and powderd pb with 2/1/2 tbsp of water to make a pb drizzle. Spread your marshmello on top of bake and then drop pb mixture and swirl to combine .
MAKES 6 SERVINGS

Ricotta Cheesecake
4 eggs
3 cups of Fat Free Ricotta ( or use any other just adjust the points)
1 tbsp of vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup of Lakanto Monk Fruit Sugar Replacement
optional zest of a lemon or orange.
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees, spray a 9" pie plate with non stick spray.
Combine all ingredients well and place in your pie pan and bake for 75 mins. (ovens may vary )
Bake until toothpick comes out clean

Matcha Latte Pancake Mini Muffins
1/3 cup trader joes protein pancake mix or mix of choice
1/3 cup of unsweetened cashew milk
1 egg or 3 tbsp egg whites

Irish Soda Bread - A WW recipe done DWD style (whole Wheat Soda Bread is what WW calls it in the App)
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon ( this was my addition it is not usually in Irish soda bread)
2 tbsp of canola oil I used - 2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
3/4 buttermilk( I made my own with 3/4 cup 1 % milk and 1 1/2 tbsp of vinegar )
Raisins optional 1/3 cup. I did not add them so they are not in my points
I did add some lily chips (1 sp worth )
Pre-heat oven to 325
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl then add your wet ingredients and combine to form a dough and knead . Free form on a parchment lined pan and bake for 45 mins .
Serves 8
WW points for their recipe 6 sp on all plans
Dee's Version 3 sp on all plans .

Corn Muffin in a Mug
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp of NF Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp of AP flour
2 tbsp of corm meal I used white but yellow can be used
2 tbsp of Lakanto Monk Fruit sugar replacement
1 tsp of baking powder
dash of salt
1 tbsp of corn ( optional )
Combine all ingredient well. Spray a large mug with non stick spray and dump you mixture in. Microwave for 2 mins . Remove from mug and let cool.
3 sp on Blue and Purple and 5 on green ( use egg white to make it 3 sp)
Be a great breakfast toasted or with your favorite chili . Its a large muffin

Taco Chicken Bubble Bake
2 chicken breast cooked and cubed
2 1/2 cup of salsa
2 tbsp of taco seasoning or 1 packet
1/4 cup water
1/2 can of black beans
In a large bowl add combine all ingredient above and mix well.
1 can of small biscuits cut into 4 pieces and place
in a 8x8 baking dish spray with non stick spray .
Top with chicken mixture
Top with 1 cup of low fat cheddar cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven covered for 35 minutes then uncovered for 5 mins more .
I served with a quick caulimexi rice
1 red bell pepper diced , I jalapeño pepper diced , 1/2 an onion diced ( sauce until tender ) add frozen riced cauliflower and some regular rice if you chose but it is nt necessary , I did add 1 can of diced tomatoes and seasoned with taco seasoning and cumin to taste
4 servings 6 sp per serving on Blue and Purple 11 on green

Pumpkin Peanut Butter Dog Treats
1/2 cup of pure pumpkin
1 egg beaten
3 tbsp of no sugar added peanut butter
combine well in a medium bowl.
Add
1 cup of whole wheat flour
and combine to form a soft dough , your hands are your best tools.
I formed into 1 tsp sized balls and place into my sprayed dog treat maker and cooked or 5 mins .
makes approx 40 mini bones
Enjoy ! My Dog loved them .
You could roll and use a dog bone cutter and bake in a hot oven for a few minutes as well!

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup of NF Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp honey replacement I used harmless honey I have it linked in myAmazon Store
1 tbsp of rice wine vinegar or vinegar or your choice
1/2 tbsp monk fruit sugar replacement
2 tbsp mustard of choice I mixed several different ones
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
dash of salt
Combine all and enjoy ! Feel free to taste and adjust to your liking , add more or less mustard and honey !
If you want to add to a salad I would add some olive oil (but you don't have to )
The only points come from the Harmless Honey its 2sp for 2 tbsp , unless you are eating half the dip I am not counting it. My whole recipe is 2 sp on all plans

Pumpkin Spice Mini Pancake Muffins - Made with Pumpkin Flax Kodiak Cakes Mix
1/3 cup of Kodiak Power cakes pumpkin Flax power cakes mix 4sp
1/3 cup unsweetened Cashew or Almond Milk or milk of your choice adjust points if needed
1 egg or 3 tbsp of egg white or substitute
1 tsp of baking powder
dash of salt
extract of choice
spice of choice
1 tbsp of nf Greek Yogurt
Pre-heat oven to 400 Combine all well and place in 12-13 mini muffins pan lined with liners and bake 10 minutes. Glaze of you like . I use 1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit sweetener (lakanto ) dash of cream cheese extract or flavoring 2 tbsp of nf Greek Yogurt and a slash milk of choice. Make as thin or as thick as you like , it does not add an extra points.
4 sp on blue and Purple for all the muffins and on green it depends if you use egg or egg whites
Carrot Protein Cookies made with Kodiak Mix
Wet Ingredients:
1 mashed banana
1 egg
1/2 up of mashed carrots or 1 container of carrot baby food
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp brown sugar substitute
Dry Ingredients:
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 scoop of Devotion Angel Food Protein Powder or Protein powder of your choice
1 cup of Kodiak Power cakes Pumpkin Flax
Pre-Heat oven to 350
Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray or use parchment paper
Combine your Wet ingredients and then add your dry ingredients and mix well.
Drop using a cookie scoop and you should get 14 cookies
I drop a few lily chips on each one .
Bake for 14 mins
On all plans 1 cookie for 1 sp 2 cookies for 2sp and so on

Strawberry Skinny Muffins - From Weight Watchers Skinny BlueBerry Muffins
1 1/2 cup of AP Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl
1 large egg
1/2 cup of monk fruit granular sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cashew mink or almond
2 tbsp of veg oil or 1/4 cup US Apple sauce
1/2 cup NF Greek Yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all wet ingredients above and combine with dry in large bowl
and mix in
1 1/2 cup of chopped strawberries mixed or blueberries mixed with 1 tbsp of flour
Pre-heat oven 425 degrees and spray 12 cup muffin pan with no stick stray of use liners ( I use silicone liners ) Distribute mixture between 12 muffins . Bake for 5 minutes then lower oven to 375 and bake for 20m more minutes until muffins are golden . I did glaze mine with monk fruit , vanilla and water but you don't have to do that .
Muffins are 2 sp on blue and purple
Dee's Chewy Granola Bars - A DWD original recipe
1 cup Arrowhead puffed Millet
1 cup Sprouts Organic Brown Rice cereal
1 cup arrowhead mills Organic Puffed Kamut
1 cup of Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Skinny Syrup I used maple donut
2 tbsp pumkin Seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp chopped pecans
1/2 cup Birch benders syrup
2 tbsp of monk fruit granular
Splash of vanilla extract
1 tbsp Cinnamon
dash of salt I would like to try adding an egg white and some unsweetened apple sauce in place of one of the syrup..
60 lily chips
Pre heat oven to 350. Combine all dry ingredient then all wet ingredients and combine well. I think next time I would add some egg whites ( not sure how much yet) Place the mixture in a 9x13 pan sprayed well and bake for 24 mins . Cut into 16 bars at 1 sp each on Blue

Pickle Pico de Gallo
1 1/2 cups of kosher dill pickles diced
1 cup of diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1 jalapeño pepper finely diced
3 tbsp pickle brine
1 tsp of monk fruit sugar replacement
Combine all well and and serve and store in fridge for 1 week
This would be a great topping on burgers , hot dogs and chicken !

Baked Feta and Tomato Pasta - Tik- tok Hack Recipe
1 point of grape or cherry tomatoes - you can leave them whole or cut in half
1 8oz block of Feta cheese - you can leave it whole or crumble
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
8oz of cooked pasta
2 tbsp of parmesan cheese
2 tsp of garlic minced
2 tbsp of chopped fresh basil
save the water from the pasta or you can use cream just adjust the points
greek olives ( not necessary but I did enjoy it )
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray your casserole dish with non stick Spray and add your Feta and surround with tomatoes . Drizzle with oil and bake for 40 mins( you can add garlic now or later when you toss... if you are using garlic powder add it at the end. Put your water on for your pasta of choice (make sure you save some of that pasta water for your sauce) After baking mash tomatoes and combine with cheese here is where I add the pasta water , I added about a cup or so its your choice to get the consistency you like, add your basil and cheese and serve. I added the olives to my portion but feel free to add it to the complete dish .
points for sauce - 6 servings of sauce for 6 sp a serving on all plans and I added 1 sp worth of olives and you have to add your pasta of choice most are 6 sp for 2oz

Strawberry Lemon Baked Donuts - A WW recipe
Nonstick spray
1 large egg
2 tbsp granulated sugar- I USED LAKANTO MONK FRUIT AND IT SHAVED OFF
1⁄4 cup low-fat (1%) milk
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla extract
3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
1 tsp baking powder 1⁄2 tsp table salt
1⁄3 cup fresh strawberries,
cut into very small pieces
1⁄3 cup roughly crumbled
freeze-dried strawberries
1 tbsp powdered sugar I USED POWDERED LAKANTO MONK FRUIT
Vegetarian Nut-free
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 6-slot silicone donut pan (1⁄4-cup capacity each) with nonstick spray.
2. In large bowl, whisk together egg and granu- lated sugar. Add milk, lemon juice, and vanilla; whisk well.
3. Add flour, lemon zest, baking powder, and salt; stir well. Add fresh strawberries to batter; gently fold to incorporate.
4. Evenly divide batter among prepared pan with spoon (or you can place batter in zip-close plastic bag, cut off a corner, and pipe into pan).
5. Bake 16 minutes; let cool in pan, about
10 minutes. Using knife, gently nudge donuts around edges to remove from pan.
6. When cool, sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberries; dust with powdered sugar.

Candied Bacon Pancake Muffins A WW recipe done DWD Style
1/3 cup of Trader Joe's or band of your choice protein pancake mix. 3sp
1/3 cup unsweetened cashew milk 0 sp
1 egg or 3 tbsp of egg whites
1 tsp of maple extract
3 slices of Canadian bacon diced. 1 sp
1 tbsp of maple donut skinny syrup of sugar free pancake syrup
Pre-heat oven to 400
line your mini muffin pan with your liners if you wish
You can sautés your bacon in a pan and add your syrup if you choose . I just tossed it in the syrup as is.
Mix your mix with the milk and egg and extract well, add your bacon and combine well. Place 1 tbsp in each muffin well. You should get 12 mini muffins. Bake for 10-12 mins . Serve with sugar free pancake syrup and enjoy

Strawberry Shortcake Dessert Hummus
2 cans of rinsed and drained chick peas
1 package of sugar free instant vanilla pudding. (3 sp)
1/2 cup of sugar substitute granular - I used Lakanto Monk Fruit
1 tsp cake batter extract
dash of salt
Sugar Free Strawberry Jam and Chopped Fresh Strawberries
Add chickpeas to your large food processor and plus until sand like texture. Add the pudding mix, milk, and monk fruit and blend until smooth consistency . Scrap the bowl down several times
place in a bowl and keep in fridge. You can top with chopped fresh strawberries and SF Jam and Redi Whip when serving
The whole amount is 4 sp. I figure 1/3 cup is zero. on Blue and Purple
Serve with pretzels and or fruit or graham
crackers.
Candied Pineapple Rings
1 can of pineapple rings drained and juice ( not syrup) saved
1 cup monk fruit sugar replacement
1 0r 2 tbsp of powdered monk fruit sugar replacement for dusting
water add an equal amount to your canned juice
In a heavy bottom pot add juice from the pineapple and the equal amount of water and the monk fruit sugar replacement and combine well. Bring to a boil and boil for a few minutes . Add your pineapple in and lower and simmer for approx. 45 minutes or until pineapple is translucent. Drain on a rack to dry for 24 hours . Dust your rings with powdered monk fruit and enjoy.
I am counting this as a zero point ring for 1ring and 1 sp for 2 rings on all plans

Cauiflower Alfredo Sauce - Katie Lee Biegel
1 head of cauliflower with the flowerets cute off and rinsed ( recipe says2 cups but I use the whole head it was small)
3 oz or 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Silk Unsweetened Cashew Mink
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp of light butter
pasta cooking water
1 pound of your pasta of choice
Place cauliflower flowerets in a large pot of boiling water , cook for 20 mins. Removed with a slotted spoon and then place your pasta in the water to cook using package directions .
Place your cooked cauliflower in a blender or I put mine in a bowl and used my immersion blender and add your milk and blend until smooth .
In a large skillet melt your butter add your garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant , add your purred cauliflower and Parmesan cheese and here is where you decide how thick or thin you want your sauce and add the reserved pasta water until its the consistency you like . Pour over your hot pasta and enjoy
Add more Parm cheese on top of your serving and adjust your points
divide into 6 serving of sauce for 2 sp each on all plans

Home- Made Granola
1 cup Arrowhead puffed Millet
1 cup Sprouts Organic Brown Rice cereal
1 cup arrowhead mills Organic Puffed Kamut
1 cup of Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
2 tbsp Skinny Syrup I used caramel pecan
1/2 cup Liquid Egg White
1 tbsp Sugar Free Pancake syrup
1 tsp Cinnamon
dash of salt
Combine all in a large bowl and mix well. Pre-heat your oven to 375 and line a large baking pan with parchment paper of foil sprayed with non stick spray. Spread mixture out as flat as you can. Bake for 10 minutes and toss and break up into cluster , place back in oven and bake for 5-7 mins more . Keep your eye on it as every oven time varies . Let cool them place in a air tight container
makes 4 cups of granola . 1/4 cup is 1 sp on Blue zero on purple and 1/2 cup is 1 sp on Purple
On Green 1/4 cup is 1 sp .
Baked Oatmeal Basic Recipe
1/2 cup of oats I prefer 1/4 cup of quick and1/4 cup of old fashioned
1/4 cup of unsweetend applesauce
1/4 cup of egg liquid egg white or 2 whole eggs
2 tbsp of sukrin gold sugar substitute
1 1/2 tbsp of milk of choice I used protein drink
dash of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients and you can either place in mini loaf and bake for 20 mins at 350 degrees or make them in the mini dash bundt maker . They will bake in there for approx. 6 mins just check for doneness . You could also make them in your mini dash waffle maker or make muffins as well
the whole recipe is 4 sp on Blue and green and zero on purple
the 2 bundt came out to 2 sp each .

Peanut Butter Protein Cookies
1 3/4 cup of Kodiak Power cakes Peanut Butter
1 scoop of Devotional Angel Food Protein Powder
2 scoops of PB2
1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cup of liquid egg whites
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of monk fruit sugar substitute
1 tsp vanilla extract
lily chips for the top
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
mix all ingredients completely and place a few chips on each cookie.
Bake for 13 mins . This recipe yielded 18 cookies
1 sp each for 1 2 sp each for 2 4 sp for 3 cookies on the blue and purple plan .

Breakfast Mini Bundt
1 egg
1/3 cup of egg white
3 tbsp of creamy cashew milk
2 tbsp FF cottage cheese
3 slices of Canadian Bacon diced
1 mini bell pepper diced
1 tbsp onion diced
1 tsp of baking powder
85 grams of frozen shredded hash browns thawed
1 slice of 647 or light bread cubed
seasonings of choice
Heat your mini bundt .Mix everything in a bowl. Place 4 tbsp of mixture into your prepared bundt maker and cook for 6-8 mins or until bundt is cooked through . Make 4 breakfast bundt.You can adjust the ingredients to make half .
4 sp on the blue plan for the whole recipe
2 sp on the purple plan for the whole recipe
6 sp on the green plan for the whole recipe
Pumpkin French Toast in a Mini Bundt
1 egg
1 tbsp of milk of choice
1 tbsp pure pumpkin
1 tbsp lakanto monk fruit sweetener
dash of salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 slice of 647 bread cut t into cubes
Heat mini bundt maker or you could try a mini waffle maker .Mix everything but the bread well. Add bread and soak up mixture.Place all in bundt and cook for about 6-7 mins . Flip out and enjoy
1 sp on Blue and Purple and 3 sp on green .
You could double and make 2 mini bundt or put in a mini loaf pan and bake for 20-25 mins @350 . You can also leave out the pumpkin and change up spices and extracts

BLT Deviled Eggs
6 hard boiled eggs sliced in half with the yolks removed
1/3 cup nf Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp mustards of your choice
salt and pepper
Flavor God Bacon lovers and Everything ( spices of your choice)
2 slice of Canadian bacon
shredded lettuce
1 diced tomato
mash your yolks and then add the remained of your ingredients and mix until combined . Place shredded lettuce in your egg half and then top with the yolk mixture and you can garnish with tomato and a small bit more of bacon . You can also add a bit of avocado on top if you wish ( remember it has points)
all 12 half are 1 sp on Blue and Purple and on green you would have to count the eggs and yogurt ( all depends on how much you have)

Pumpkin Bagel Bites - Hungry Girl's Pumpkin Bagel Bites
1/2 cup of Whole Wheat Flour
2 packets of no calorie sweeter I used Lakanto Golden
3/4 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup plain NF Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup pure pumpkin
( she used raisins in her recipe I omitted them )
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees
mix all the above into a workable dough. Mix until well combined and you have a smooth dough. Separate into 8 balls. Place on a lined baking pan. Spry each ball with non stick Spray and bake for 15 minutes
make 2 servings of 4 balls each
On Blue and Purple You just have to count the flour which was 6 points. 174 calories for 4 balls

Smoothie Bowl - Using a water enhancer
1 water enhancer packer - I use Built Immune Boost. zero points
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup milk of choice I used cashew. 1 smart point
1 tsp sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix
1/4 tsp xantham gum
dash of vanilla extract
heaping tbsp of nf greek yogurt
6-8 ice cubes
(topping of your choice just adjust the points)
mix water with water enhancer till dissolved, Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well in blender or bullet, top with your toppings and enjoy!
1 sp on all plans until you add toppings!

Chocolate Protein Cookies
1 scoop of Devotion Brownie Batter
1 scoop of Devotion Buttery Blend
2 eggs
200 grams of pure pumpkin
1/3 cup of monk fruit sugar replacement
1 tbsp of black coca powder or any unsweetened cocoa powder
5 grams of sugar fee instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
dash of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
lily chips (I just put 3 chips on each cookie)
mix all ingredients well. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Scoop with a cookie soup and place 12 cookies on parchment paper and bake for 12 -14 mins. Ovens may vary.
1 cookie for zero and 2 cookies for 1 sp on Blue and Purple

Built Bar Churro
1 built Bar flavor of your choice - know the points
1 1 sp wrap
I can't believer its not butter spray
Pre- heat your air fryer 400 degrees
wrap your BB in your wrap and take off any excess. Place seem side down on a foil lined baking sheet that you spray with non stick spray. Spray with I cant believe its not butter spray and place in air fryer and cook for 6 mins flip and cook for 6 mins more. Keep your eye so it doesn't t burn as all air fryers are different and your time way vary.
place some monk fruit or sugar replacement of your choice in a bowl @ 1 tbsp and a dash of cinnamon and mix well. Take your well browned not burned bar out of the oven and spray again with I cant believe its not butter and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture . Top with sugar free Carmel or chocolate syrup if you wish . Ice cream on top would be delish also!
the points depend of the BB you use . The tortilla is 1 sp
Pumpkin Flatbread Low Point snack\dessert
1 Atoria Flat Bread mini lavash toasted . 1 smart point on all plans
Topping all zero on all plans
1/2 cup of pure pumpkin
1 tbsp of brown sugar substitute I use Sukrin Gold
1/2 tsp maple extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
dash of cinnamon
dash a salt
Mix all toppings in a bowl. Spread on top of the toasted flat bread.
Top then with anything of your choice . I used some sugar free caramel syrup and crushed hemp and 1 tp of crushed pecans .. I added an extra point
