Almond Poppy Seed and Lemmon Kodiak Donuts

1/2 cup of Kodiak Almond Poppy Seed Power cakes mix
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk or cashew milk
1 egg
2 tbsp nf greek yogurt
2 tbsp of monk fruit sugar substiute
zest of I Lemmon more or less to your taste

Mix all ingredients and let sit for 5 minutes, Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a donut pan with non-stick spray . Evenly place batter in all 6 cavities .
Bale for 12 minutes. Let cool in pan for 5 min then remove to wire rack to cool completely.

Mix 4 tbsp of powders sugar substitute of your choice (zero points) mix with fresh Lemmon juice until the texture you desire is achieved, Dip each donut and coat.

Strawberry Chocolate Chip Kodiak Donuts

1/2 cup of Kodiak Strawberry Chocolate Chips power cakes mix
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or Cashew milk
1 egg
2 tbsp nf greek yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 5 minutes. Place mixture in a. greased donut pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 12 mins. Let cool and remove from pan and let cool complete on a wire rack.
Make a glaze with powdered sugar substitute and water. Dip your donuts  and  I then sprinkled Flavor God Chocolate Donut flavoring .Let set for a few minutes,

I placed 1/3 tbsp of marshmallow fluff or you could do cool whip in the center of each donut and I topped  with fresh strawberries.

Butterscotch Blondie Dessert Hummus

2 cans of rinsed  and drained chick peas
1 package of sugar free instant  butterscotch pudding.  (3 sp)
3 tbsp of sugar substitute powdered - I used Lakanto Monk Fruit
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. (1 sp)
1 tbsp of brown sugar substitute I used Sukrin Gold

Add chickpeas to your large food processor and plus until sand like texture. Add the remainder of the ingredients and blend until smooth consistency . Scrap the bowl down several times .
place in a bowl and keep in fridge.

The whole amount is 4 sp. I figure 1/3 cup is zero.

 Serve with pretzels and or fruit or graham
 crackers.

Strawberry Chia Seed Jam

fresh strawberries 1 pound
1/4 cup of monk fruit sugar replacement
3 tbsp of water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chia seeds

Rinse and chop your berries add to pot with monk fruit  and  water, Cook down for approx 20 mins on moderate heat and keep an eye and keep stirring. . Remove from heat add your chia and vanilla and let cool and refrigerate .

Strawberry Jello Fluff

1 package of sugar free Strawberry Jello (  I used great value which is zero points)
1/2 cup of boiling water
1/2 cup of cold water
200 grams of fat free greek yogurt ( this is what the English lady used where I saw this )

Place jello in bowl and add 1/2 cup  boiling water and mix well. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and mix well. Refrigerate for 20 minutes . Add 200 grams of FF greek yogurt and mix well. I placed some chopped fresh strawberries in the bottom of 4 glasses and divide jello mixture evenly . Refrigerate for at least 3 hours . I will top with some red whip and enjoy

On the blue and purple plan using the jello I used its zero points a serving and add in points for topping if you choose to use .
 
You can use any jello flavor or choice . Its delicious !

Tuna Meal on a Cheddar Bay Biscuit

Cheddar Bay Biscuit
1/2 AP Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup scant  of NF Greek Yogurt ( I use a bit less yogurt )
1/4 cup FF cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp old bay seasonings

Mix well and make 2 bagel buns . Bake @ 375 for 20 mins or so.

Splint your buns and toast .

Tuna Filling
1 can of white solid albacore water packed tuna
light mayonnaise 4 tsp
old bay seasonings 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
grated raw onion to taste
horseradish  1 tsp to 1 1/2
hot sauce to taste
Mix filling ingredients and top your toasted biscuit . Top with a slice of tomato and top with your choice of cheese. ( cheese has points so make sure you know how much you use)
I use 2 tsp of lite mozzarella and a tbsp of FF cheddar.
Broil until cheese melts.

1 serving is 5 sp on Blue and Purple , on Green you need to count your tuna.

Bear Claw Danish

Dough
1/2 cup of All purpose flour
1/4 cup of non fat greek yogurt
1 1/2 tsp baking power
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tbsp monk fruit sweeter sugar replacement granular
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Remove 1 tbsp of flour to save for rolling and board.
Mix the dough ingredient until soft dough forms.
Roll out onto sprayed parchment paper of silicone baking Matt

Preheat my oven @ 375 on convection setting  (air fryer)

Filling
 I spray the dough with non stick butter flavored spray and a few tablespoons of monk fruit sweetener granular  and cinnamon to your taste . I also added about 13 lily chocolate chips.
With the help of your parchment paper roll into a log carefully. I slice into 2 equal parts and separate.
Place your rolls with the parchment on a baking sheet , I then spray with more butter non stick spry and sprinkle with the golden monk fruit sugar replacement and some cinnamon.
I baked for 15 minis and I then rotated the pan and bake for another 10.

for both 5 smart points of blue and purple. Green you have to add the egg and yogurt,
half or 1 roll I had to count as 3 sp Blue and Purple

Glaze
after you cool for a bit( you want  to eat this warm)
2 tbsp of monk fruit powder sugar replacement a drip of vanilla and a tsp or so of unsweetened almond or cashew milk to make a glaze and drizzle on ( its zero points and just WOW)
