Frozen Hot Chocolate

1 cup of unsweetened vanilla cashew milk or any milk of your choice ( 1 sp)
2 tbsp of unsweetened Hershey special dark coco powder 
4   tbsp of Lakanto  monk fruit sugar substitute granular ( lakanto is zero not all monk fruit is)
1 tsp vanilla extract imitation
dash of salt 
1 - 2 cups of ice . Depends on how thick you like it 

Place everything in your magic bullet or blender  and process .

Banana Mini Miracle Loaf with variations

1 mashed banana 
1 egg
1/4 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
 1/2  tsp baking powder
1 tbsp monk fruit sugar replacement  
1 tbsp non fat Greek Yogurt 
dash of salt

combing all ingredients and place in a mini loaf pan that is sprayed with pam. I sprinkle with 1 tsp of crushed hemp hearts and 13 lily chocolate chips.  Bale 350 degrees for 25 minutes. This loaf is 2 sp for the whole loaf for blue plan 

Variations
PB mini loaf 
The above recipe plus I added 2 tbsp of PB2 and changed the sugar to brown sugar replacement
This bread bread bakes the same time and is 3 sp on Blue

Basic OverNight Oats

1/2 cup of either rolled oats or quick oats . (I do a mix of both)
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla cashew milk or other milk of choice just add points if needed
1/4-1/3 cup of non fat greek yogurt 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract or extract of choice some stronger ones use less like anise
1/4 tsp cinnamon spice or spice of your choice
dash of salt 
1 tbsp of monk fruit sugar replacement or one of your choice 

Mix well  to combine and store overnight in refrigerator. It is meant to be eaten cold but can be heated if desired .
You can changed up the extracts  and spices to change up the flavors

2 tbs of pure pumpkin and use pumpkin pie spice and more sweetener
2 tbsp of pb 2 
use Premier Protein instead of milk  just note the points. 
I like to add fresh fruit in the morning 
Banana mashed , apple , pinapple




Cracked Wheat Greek Salad

Greek Salad Dressing:
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 tsp salt (combined with garlic to form a paste)
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 c olive oil.  - I use 1/3 cup
2 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
5 T red wine vinegar. -  I used 6 tbsp
1/2 tsp oregano (I use 1 tsp)
1/2 tsp basil
  Make dressing and put asiide

1 1/2 cup of cracked wheat  - or Bulgar
I placed cracked when in my instant pot with equal amount of water and some garlic and salt cooke on low pressure for 12 mins . you can also make on stove top. Google for directions ( that what I always  do)

3 roma tomates   dicen
3 green onion sliced thin
1/2 of a seedless cucumber diced
3 ribs of Clery diced
12 asparagus spears diced
1 can of rinsed and drained chick peas
some calamata olives ( I  did not have any so they are not figged in to the points)
I topped with some fresh Basil 

Chop and drop all veggies in your bowl add cooked wheat and add dressing  and toss until combined. You can serve as a side salad or nice entree as well,
I added my feta cheese to my individual portion to control the points and it holds up better
1/2 cup in 2 sp on blue  1 cup is 5 sp on blue

Carrot Cake Donuts

1/2 cup of pumpkin flax kodiak mix
1/2 cup of unsweetened cashew milk
1/4 cup of egg substitute or 1 large egg
2 tbsp of nf Greek yogurt 
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup of shredded carrots ( I cooked in micro wave for a minute )
2 tbsp of Sukrin Gold brown  sugar replacement

Combine everything well and let sit for a few minutes. Preheat oven 350 degree
. Spray your donut pan well. Pour batter between all 6 donuts cavities.
Bake for 11 mins and check with a toothpick for doneness,

Make glaze or roll donuts in cinnamon and granular sugar replacement 
use whipped cream cheese to fill hole as much as you like just remember it has points
 1 sp on all plans for the plain donut 
toppings may or may not add points depending on what you use

Miracle Muffins

2 ripe bananas mashed 
2 egg or 1/3 cup of egg substitute ( I use egg substitute )
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp of Lakanto Monk Fruit sugar replacement
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 tsp cinnamon 
1/2 cup Kodiak power cakes  mix ( I used trader joes ) 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients well and let sit for a few mins. I used silicone muffin liners and I filled 10 muffins 
and baked for 20 mins .
in the recipe builder it comes out to 1 sp per muffin 
I am counting zero for one and 2 muffins for 1 sp Based on the only pointe item was the kodiak and that was 5 sp . But do what you feel is best .

Cookie Dough Hummus

2 can of chick peans rinsed and drained
2/3 cup of unsweetened Cashew milk
5 tbsp of surkin gold brown sugar substitute
1 box of vanilla instant sugar free pudding mix
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp butter extract ( optional )
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Place beans in your large food processor and process until sand like texture. Add remaining ingredient and  process until smooth . May take several times as you should scrape down sides of bowl. You can add lily chips to whole or I do it in small batches . 
 one serving  1/3 cup is zero on Blue and Purple.
if you add chips to your serving add the points for how much you use.

Cracked Out Chicken Biscuit Bubble bake

I used a batch of two ingredient dough in place of the biscuits
1 cup of self rising flour  and 1 cup of non fat greek yogurt  and let sit for an hour-----

Take 2/3 of your dough and roll out to fit the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish
and place in a 350 degree oven for about 7 mins,

mix in a large bowl/combine well
1 can of low fat cream of chicken soup
1 cup of non fat greek yogurt
1 cup of velveteeta shreds
4 slices of turkey bacon cooked and crushed
1  1/2 tbsp of powdered ranch seasonings
2 -3 cups of cooked shredded chicken
Bring out your par baked crust and spread your chicken mixture over the top evenly.
Take your 1/3 of leftover 2 ing, dough and place little bits over the top of the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle some paprika on top .
place back in oven and bake for 25mins ,
Makes  6 servings at 4 sp each on Blue

Cannoli Donuts

1/2 cup of Trader Joes protein pancake mix or you can use Kodiak Buttermilk or Birch benders.  5sp
1/2 cup unsweeted cashew milk or almond milk
1 egg or egg substitute if your on green and want to keep points low
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3 tbsp of Lakanto Monk Fruit Granular or sugar substitute of your choice
2 tbsp of non fat greek yogurt
dash of salt
dash of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients and let sit for a few minutes. Spray a 6 cavity donut pan and place mixture evenly between the six. Bake for 11 minutes . Let cool in pan  and then remove to a wire rack

1/4 cup of part skim ricotta cheese
1 tbsp of Lakanto monk fruit powder sugar substitute  or brand of your choice
dash of vanilla
dash  of cinnamon
 mix all ingredient and I divide between 3 donuts but you can do as you wish the filling is 3 points total , I used 1/3 on my donut and a zero amount of regular red whip and some lily chocolate chips.
My donut was 2 sp on Blue for the amounts I used

Triple Chocolate Donuts with a Peanut butter maple glaze

1/2 kodiak power cakes min in dark chocolate
1/2 cup unsweetened almond mink or cashew milk
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp of no fat greek yogurt
1 tsp unsweetened coco powder  I used the special dark
1 tsp of instant coffee I used instant espresso powder
3 tbsp monk fruit sugar substitute
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Pre heat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients well and let sit for 5 mins. Get your pan sprayed with non stick spray . Distribute the batter between all 6 donuts cavities.
I did top mine with a few lily dark chocolate chips.
Bake for 11 mins
Let cool in pan for 4 mins and then carefully remove to cool completely.

2 tbsp of pb2
3 tbsp of sugar free maple pancake syrup.
combine and dip  each donut in . Sprinkle with chocolate jimmies/sprinkles not much

1 donut is 1 sp 2 is 2 sp on MY WW Blue

Peanut Butter Kodiak Donuts

1/2 cup of kodiak pb Power cakes
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 egg
2 tbsp of pb2
2 tbsp of nf greek yogurt
2 tbsp of monk fruit sugar substitue
1 tsp baking powder
Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 5 mins. Preheat oven @350 . Spray donut pan and place batter evenly in all 6 cavities .

 a few lily choc chips in each
a few chocolate sprinkles
Place these evenly on top not enough that you need to count.

Bake for 11 mins and let cool in pans for 5 mins then remove and cool completely. I drizzled chocolate syrup on my donut , Be careful as some have point for the amount you use.
Donut itself is 1 sp for 1 and 2 sp for 2



Anise Cardamom Donuts

1/2 cup of Trader Joes Protein Pancake mix or Kodiak cakes power cakes or birch benders
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk
1 egg
1 tsp of baking powder
2 tbsp nf greek yogurt
1 tsp of anise extract
2 tbsp of Monk Fruit sugar substitute
1 tsp of cardamon spice

Combine all ingredient and mix well. Let sit for 5 mins. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a donut pan and place mixture evenly between all 6 wells. Bake for 11 mins. Let cool for 5 mins then remove from pan and let cool completely . I then covered in powered sugar replacement .

1 donut is 1 sp and 2 is 2 sp on Blue
