Pumpkin Bagel Bites - Hungry Girl's Pumpkin Bagel Bites

 1/2 cup of Whole Wheat Flour

2 packets of no calorie sweeter I used Lakanto Golden

3/4 tsp of baking powder

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp pumkin pie spice

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup plain NF Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup pure pumpkin

( she used raisins in her recipe I omitted them ) 

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees

mix all the above into a workable dough. Mix until well combined and you have a smooth dough. Separate into 8 balls. Place on a lined baking pan. Spry each ball with non stick Spray and bake for 15 minutes

make 2 servings of 4 balls each 

On Blue  and Purple You just have to count the flour which was 6 points. 174 calories for 4 balls
