Scone /Biscuit in a Mug

Wet Ingredients

1 egg

1 tbsp of nf Greek yogurt

2 tbsp of unsweetened apple sauce

1 tsp vanilla or extract of choice

2 tbsp of monk fruit sugar replacement 

DRY ingredients

1/4 cup of quick oats 

1 tbsp of ap flour

dash of salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon or spice of choice 

1 tsp of baking powder

Combine wet ingredients  and add dry ingredient and mix well . Place in a large mug and cook for 2 mins in microwave . Remove immediately  to a plate and top with 7 grams of sugar free caramel syrup or what ever you chose, 

3sp on blue , 1 sp on purple and 5 sp on green

Pumpkin Spice Mini Pancake Muffins - Made with Pumpkin Flax Kodiak Cakes Mix

 1/3 cup of Kodiak Power cakes pumpkin Flax power cakes mix   4sp

1/3 cup unsweetened Cashew or Almond Milk or milk of your choice adjust points if needed

1 egg or  3 tbsp of egg white or substitute  

1 tsp of baking powder

dash of salt

extract of choice

spice of choice

1 tbsp of nf Greek Yogurt 

 Pre-heat oven to 400 Combine all well and place in 12-13 mini muffins pan lined with liners  and bake 10 minutes. Glaze of you like . I use 1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit sweetener (lakanto ) dash of cream cheese extract or flavoring 2 tbsp of nf Greek Yogurt and a slash milk of choice. Make as thin or as thick as you like , it does not add an extra points.

4 sp on blue and Purple  for all the muffins and on green it depends if you use egg or egg whites 

Carrot Protein Cookies made with Kodiak Mix

Wet Ingredients:

1 mashed banana

1 egg

1/2 up of mashed carrots or  1 container of carrot baby food

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp brown sugar substitute

Dry Ingredients:

1 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 scoop of Devotion Angel Food Protein Powder or Protein powder of your choice

1 cup of Kodiak Power cakes Pumpkin Flax 

Pre-Heat oven to 350

Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray or use parchment paper

Combine your Wet ingredients and then add your dry ingredients   and mix well.

Drop using a cookie scoop and you should get 14 cookies 

I drop a few lily chips on each one .

Bake for 14 mins 

On all plans 1 cookie for 1 sp 2 cookies for 2sp and so on

Strawberry Skinny Muffins - From Weight Watchers Skinny BlueBerry Muffins

1 1/2 cup of AP Flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl

1 large egg

1/2 cup of monk fruit granular sugar

1/2 cup unsweetened cashew mink or almond  

2 tbsp of veg oil or 1/4 cup US Apple sauce

1/2 cup NF Greek Yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all wet ingredients above and combine with dry in large bowl

and mix in 

1 1/2 cup of chopped strawberries mixed or blueberries mixed with 1 tbsp of flour

Pre-heat oven 425 degrees and spray 12 cup muffin pan with no stick stray of use liners ( I use silicone liners ) Distribute mixture between 12 muffins . Bake for 5 minutes then lower oven to 375 and bake for 20m more minutes until muffins are golden . I did glaze mine with monk fruit , vanilla and water but you don't have to do that  .

Muffins are 2 sp on blue and purple 


Dee's Chewy Granola Bars - A DWD original recipe

1 cup Arrowhead puffed Millet

1 cup Sprouts Organic  Brown Rice cereal 

1 cup arrowhead mills Organic Puffed Kamut

1 cup of Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

1/2 cup  Skinny Syrup I used maple donut

2 tbsp pumkin Seeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp sunflower seeds

2 tbsp chopped pecans

1/2 cup Birch benders syrup 

2 tbsp of monk fruit granular 

Splash of vanilla extract 

1 tbsp Cinnamon

dash of salt                I would like to try adding an egg white  and some unsweetened  apple sauce  in place of one of the syrup.. 

60 lily chips

Pre heat oven to 350. Combine all dry ingredient then all wet ingredients and combine well. I think next time I would add some egg whites ( not sure how much yet) Place the mixture in a 9x13 pan sprayed well and bake for 24 mins . Cut into  16 bars at 1 sp each on Blue

Pickle Pico de Gallo

 1 1/2 cups of kosher dill pickles diced 

1  cup of diced red bell pepper

1/2 cup diced onion

1 jalapeño pepper finely diced

3 tbsp pickle brine

1 tsp of monk fruit sugar replacement

Combine all well and and serve and store in fridge for 1 week

This would be a great topping on burgers , hot dogs and chicken  ! 

I count this as zero points

Baked Feta and Tomato Pasta - Tik- tok Hack Recipe

 1 point of grape or cherry tomatoes - you can leave them whole or cut in half

1 8oz block of Feta cheese - you can leave it whole or crumble

2 tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

8oz of cooked pasta

2 tbsp of parmesan cheese

2 tsp of garlic minced

2 tbsp of chopped fresh basil

save the water from the pasta or you can use cream just adjust the points 

greek olives ( not necessary but I did enjoy it ) 

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray your casserole dish with non stick Spray and add your Feta and surround with tomatoes . Drizzle with oil and bake for 40 mins( you can add garlic now or later when you toss... if you are using garlic powder add it at the end. Put your water on for your pasta of choice (make sure you save some of that pasta water for your sauce) After baking mash tomatoes and combine with cheese here is where I add the pasta water , I added about a cup or so its your choice to get the consistency you like, add your basil and cheese and serve. I added the olives to my portion but feel free to add it to the complete dish .

points for sauce - 6 servings of sauce for 6 sp a serving on all plans  and I added 1 sp worth of olives and you have to add your pasta of choice most are 6 sp for 2oz

Strawberry Lemon Baked Donuts - A WW recipe

Nonstick spray

  1. 1  large egg

  2. 2  tbsp granulated sugar-  I USED LAKANTO MONK FRUIT AND IT SHAVED OFF 

1⁄4 cup low-fat (1%) milk

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla extract

3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour

2 tsp finely grated lemon zest

1 tsp baking powder 1⁄2 tsp table salt

  • 1⁄3  cup fresh strawberries,

    cut into very small pieces

  • 1⁄3  cup roughly crumbled

    freeze-dried strawberries


Vegetarian Nut-free

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 6-slot silicone donut pan (1⁄4-cup capacity each) with nonstick spray.

2. In large bowl, whisk together egg and granu- lated sugar. Add milk, lemon juice, and vanilla; whisk well.

3. Add flour, lemon zest, baking powder, and salt; stir well. Add fresh strawberries to batter; gently fold to incorporate.

4. Evenly divide batter among prepared pan with spoon (or you can place batter in zip-close plastic bag, cut off a corner, and pipe into pan).

5. Bake 16 minutes; let cool in pan, about
10 minutes. Using knife, gently nudge donuts around edges to remove from pan.

6. When cool, sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberries; dust with powdered sugar.

Chocolate Banana Protein Cookies A Dish with Dee Original

 1 cup of Birch Benders Banana  PaleoPancakes mix

1 banana mashed

1 egg

1/4 cup of unsweetened  apple sauce 

1/3 c of monk fruit sugar substitute

1 serving of Devotional Brownie Batter Protein powder or protein of your choice or leave it out

1 1/2 tsp of baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon  

dash of salt

1 tbsp of unseated cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredient and let sit for a few minutes and preheat your oven 350 degrees .

Place on a greased or parchment lined cookie sheet , Drop with a cookie scoop you should get 14 cookies and I top each one with a few lily  chocolate chips.  Bake for 13 mins 

Blue and Purple 1 cookie is 1 sp 2 cookies is 2 sp and 3 cookies is 2 sp! 4 cookies is 3sp

Green 1 cookie is 1 sp 2 cookies is 2sp and 3 cookies is 3sp

Candied Bacon Pancake Muffins A WW recipe done DWD Style

 1/3 cup of Trader Joe's or band of your choice  protein pancake mix. 3sp

1/3 cup unsweetened cashew milk  0 sp

1 egg or 3 tbsp of egg whites

1 tsp of maple extract

3 slices of Canadian bacon diced. 1 sp

1 tbsp of maple donut skinny syrup of sugar free pancake syrup

Pre-heat oven to 400

line your mini muffin pan with your liners if you wish 

You can sautés  your bacon in a pan and add your syrup if you choose . I just tossed it in the syrup as is. 

Mix your mix with the milk and egg and extract well, add your bacon and combine well. Place 1 tbsp in each muffin well. You should get 12 mini muffins. Bake for 10-12 mins . Serve with sugar free pancake syrup and enjoy

4 sp on blue and purple and 6 sp on green unless you use egg whites

Strawberry Shortcake Dessert Hummus

2 cans of rinsed  and drained chick peas
1 package of sugar free instant  vanilla  pudding.  (3 sp)
1/2 cup  of sugar substitute granular  - I used Lakanto Monk Fruit
1 tsp cake batter extract

dash of salt 

2/3 cup of unsweetened  cashew  milk. (1 sp)
Sugar Free Strawberry Jam and Chopped Fresh Strawberries 
FF Redi Whip

Add chickpeas to your large food processor and plus until sand like texture. Add the pudding mix, milk, and monk fruit  and blend until smooth consistency . Scrap the bowl down several times 
place in a bowl and keep in fridge. You can top with chopped fresh strawberries and SF Jam and Redi Whip when serving 

The whole amount is 4 sp. I figure 1/3 cup is zero. on Blue and Purple 

 Serve with pretzels and or fruit or graham

Candied Pineapple Rings

  1 can of pineapple rings drained and juice ( not syrup) saved

 1 cup monk fruit sugar replacement 

1 0r 2 tbsp of powdered  monk fruit sugar replacement  for dusting 

water add an equal amount to your canned juice

In a heavy bottom pot add juice from the pineapple and the equal amount of water and the monk fruit sugar replacement and combine well. Bring to a boil and boil for a few minutes . Add your pineapple in and lower and simmer for approx. 45 minutes or until pineapple is translucent. Drain on a rack to dry for 24 hours . Dust your rings with powdered monk fruit and enjoy.

I am counting this as a zero point ring for 1ring and 1 sp for 2 rings on all plans

Cauiflower Alfredo Sauce - Katie Lee Biegel

 1 head of cauliflower  with the flowerets cute off and rinsed ( recipe says2 cups but I use the whole head it was small)

3 oz or 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 

1 cup Silk Unsweetened Cashew Mink

2 garlic cloves minced

1 tbsp of light butter

pasta cooking water

1 pound of your pasta of choice 

Place cauliflower flowerets in a large pot of boiling water , cook for 20 mins. Removed with a slotted spoon and then place your pasta in the water to cook using package directions .

Place your cooked cauliflower in a blender or I put mine in a bowl and used my immersion blender and add your milk and blend until smooth . 

In a large skillet melt your butter add your garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant , add your purred cauliflower and Parmesan cheese and here is where you decide how thick or thin you want your sauce and add the reserved pasta water until its the consistency you like . Pour over your hot pasta and enjoy 

Add more Parm cheese on top of your serving and adjust your points 

divide into 6 serving of sauce for 2 sp each on all plans

Home- Made Granola

 1 cup Arrowhead puffed Millet

1 cup Sprouts Organic  Brown Rice cereal 

1 cup arrowhead mills Organic Puffed Kamut

1 cup of Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

2 tbsp Skinny Syrup I used caramel pecan 

1/2 cup Liquid Egg White

1 tbsp Sugar Free Pancake syrup

1 tsp Cinnamon

dash of salt

Combine all in a large bowl and mix well. Pre-heat your oven to 375 and line a large baking pan with parchment paper of foil sprayed with non stick spray. Spread mixture out as flat as you can. Bake for 10 minutes and toss and break up into cluster , place back in oven and bake for 5-7 mins more . Keep your eye on it as every oven time varies . Let cool them place in a air tight container 

makes 4 cups of granola . 1/4 cup is 1 sp on Blue zero on purple and 1/2 cup is 1 sp on Purple

On Green 1/4 cup is 1 sp .

Baked Oatmeal Basic Recipe

 1/2 cup of oats  I prefer 1/4 cup of quick and1/4 cup of old fashioned 

1/4 cup of unsweetend applesauce

1/4 cup of egg liquid egg white  or 2 whole eggs

2 tbsp of sukrin gold sugar substitute 

1 1/2 tbsp of milk of choice I used protein drink 

dash of salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients and you can either place in mini loaf and bake for 20 mins at 350 degrees or make them in the mini dash bundt maker  . They will bake in there for approx. 6 mins just check for doneness . You could also make them in your mini dash waffle maker or make muffins as well

the whole recipe is 4 sp on Blue and green and zero on purple 

the 2 bundt came out to 2 sp each .
