Pink Party Dip / Beet Hummus

This is how  I  made Beet Hummus 4 sp for the whole recipe.

1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
2 cloves of garlic chopped ( you should roast first so you don't have a heavy garlic flavor or use powder)
5 roasted beets or you can use canned ( 1 extra  beet for garnish)
1 tbsp EVOO
1/2 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
salt and pepper
Place everything in the food processor and get to the consistency that you like, smooth is best.  Taste for more salt and pepper. Place extra chopped beets on top for garnish and heck they taste great.
The only thing you count is the EVOO and that is 4 smart points. So depending on your portion you don't have to count it unless you have a substantial amount. Enjoy
