Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats


Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk
2tbsp of pure pumpkin
2 heaping tbsp of fat-free greek yogurt
dash of salt
3/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp of brown sugar replacement I used Lakanto golden monk fruit
3/4 tsp vanilla extract or maple
Mix everything in your container and place it in the fridge overnight.
The next morning I top with   1 tsp of [pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp crushed hemp hearts, 12 lily chocolate chips , (all other toppings are zero for the amount I used) Squirt of whipped cream


4 sp Blue Plan/zero on purple/ green 4 or 5
