Cold Brew Coffee Smoothie

My Cold Brew Coffee Smoothie Recipe

2 SP if you don't count blended fruit and 4 SP if you do.
First, we need to make our homemade cold brew: Place 4 cups of cold fresh water in a container and add 1 and 1/3 cups of coffee grinds of your choice. Mix well and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours. After 24 hours place a filter or paper towels in a fine strainer and strain coffee.  You should strain twice. Your cold brew is ready. Place in a container and it should last about a week. To make your smoothie place 1/3 cup of your cold brew in your blender add 2/3 cup of milk of choice( I used unsweetened almond milk for 1 point) 1/2 of a regular sized banana frozen( 2 smart points). 2 Tbsp of rolled oats( 1 smart point) 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp of special dark cocoa, 1 packet of Splenda and some ice. Blend until smooth and enjoy. You can change up the flavors to your taste. I don't usually count that amount of almond milk but it does come up as 1 point.  You could also top with FF redi whip or Skinny Girl coffee foam!
