Here is my take on Cannoli Stuffed French
Toast inspired by Hungry Girl
3 eggs, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Combine all those ingredients. ( you will have more then you need for one serving) . 2 Slices of 647 bread. 1/2 tbsp light butter( 1 sp) Place your 1/2 tbsp butter in your pan and let it get nice and bubbly. Dip your bread in your egg mixture and cook in your hot pan. In the meantime mix your filling.3 tbsp of FF ricotta cheese(1 sp) , 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 packets of Splenda, and a dash of cinnamon. I measured out 13 lily chocolate chips. Assemble your plate, Place one of the french toast pieces and add 1/2 of you filling mixture and half your chips. Top with remaining french toast and filling and chips. I dusted with Swerve sugar-free powdered sugar( zero). I also added 2 of the Jones Chicken breakfast sausages (1 sp)
It was filling and so delicious! 5 Freestyle smart point for my whole plate!
