Carrot Cake Hummus

 2 can of chicks peas rinsed and drained

1 cup of carrots steamed in the microwave  or just cooked or baby food

1 box of sugar free vanilla instant pudding 

2/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla cashew milk of choice 

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/4 tsp nutmeg 

1/4 cup of ground ginger

1/3 cup of Sukrin Gold brown sugar substitute or your choice

dash of salt

process chick peas first then add the rest of the ingredients an prices until smooth .

Place in bowl and top the way you like . I topped with grated cooked carrots, crushed or diced pineapple and some nuts of your choice ( remember nuts have points)raisins and coconut ( they also have points just be aware )

the whole bowl is 4 sp  Blue  and purple and Green you have to count the  chick peas ,. The dip made 4 cups total 

I would eat 1/3 cup for zero point on Blue and Purple
