1/3 cup of Kodiak cakes Whole Wheat Oat&Honey Frontier flapjack and waffle mix (3 sp)
1/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla cashew milk of milk of choice
1 egg or 3 tbsp of egg substitute
1 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
1 tsp of maple extract
1/2 cup or less of Morning Star Farms plant based crumbles or sausage of your choice just adjust points the ones I use was just 1 sp
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine everything in a bowl (except sausage ) place in a muffin like 12 cup mini muffins . Top with sausage evenly. Bake for 10 mins
Pop out and let cool and serve with sugar free pancake syrup
