1/2 cup of unsweetened cashew milk
3 tbsp of monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp of non fat Greek Yogurt
dash of baking powder
1/3 cup of shredded zucchini dried and water squeezed out
mix all ingredients well . Place in the 6 wells of a donut pan and bake 350 degrees for 15 minis . Make sure they are fully baked by checking with a tooth pick.
