Chai Tea Latte Smoothie

  1 chai tea bag steeped in 1/2 cup hot water and let steep for 2 hours or so . Remove tea bag.

Place your cold chai tea in your blender or bullet with 

3/4 cup creamy unsweetened cashew milk 1 sp or milk of choice just adjust your points 

1 half and half  international delight mini creamer 1 is zero smart points

2 tbsp of Lakanto monk fruit sugar replacement

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp of sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp cardamom

1/4 tsp xamtham gum 

1 cup of ice

blend until ice is caused and mixture is thick . Sever with a squirt of redi whip 

1 sp on all plans to count for the milk

"Egg Nog" Stuffed French Toast -using my home made Cashew Nog

 First make a bath of my home made cashew nog or use Nog of choice just check the points as mine is zero for the amount I  use.

First make your stuffing  and this you can play with  to your taste

1/2  cup of non fat Greek Yogurt

1 tbsp of vanilla sugar free instant pudding

1 tbsp monk fruit sugar replacement  

1/4 tsp run extract

dash of cinnamon and nutmeg to your taste

Make you nog bread dip

1/2 up cashew nog base or nog of your choice

1 egg

1/4 tsp of run extract

dash of nutmeg and cinnamon 

mix well and dunk your 2 slices of light bread I used 647 both slices are 2 sp

cook on a hot griddle

place your stuffing between your bread and on top and dust with a touch more cinnamon and nutmeg and powered monk fruit sugar substitute

2 sp on Blue and Purple

Cashew Nog Mini Pancake Muffins

 1/3 cup of cashew nog base

1/3 cup of pancake mix of your choice  I  used a 3 sp brand 

1 egg

1 tsp of baking powder

dash of salt

1 tsp vanilla extract ( optional)

Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees 

combine all ingredients and mix well. Place into sprayed mini muffin tin. Top with Cinnamon and fresh nutmeg as much as you like. Bake for 10 mins . Pop out and enjoy!

I got 11 mini muffins for 3 sp on purple and Blue and if you use egg whites then green as well.

Home-Made Cashew Nog a riff on traditional egg nog

 2 cups of unsweetened cashew milk you can use vanilla if you wish

2 large eggs

1 tbsp of honey substitute ( I used the Sukrin Gold syrup/honey substitute ) or real honey just adjust the points

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup of monk fruit sugar substitute or sugar substitute of your choice just adjust the points

Place everything in a blender or bullet and combine for 2 minutes . Add to a medium size pot on the stove at very low heat and simmer not boil stirring frequently for 15 mins or until the temp comes to 180 degree. Take off heat and cool completely . B4 use or next day put back in blender or bullet and spin for 2 minutes and serve.  .

On Blue and Purple its 2 sp for the whole  recipe and Green its 6 sp .

Ginger-Bread Pancake Mini Pancake Muffins

 1/3 cup of Kodak Mix  3sp one I used the honey and oat - use what you have 

1 egg

1/3 cup unseated cashew milk

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp molasses

1/2 tsp ginger bread spice

dash of salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven 400 I use my toaster oven. 

Mix all ingredients   and place in a mini muffin pan lined  with liners . Bake for 10 mins and drizzle with the glaze below 

Topping 

1/4 cup of powdered monk fruit  and dash of milk to make glaze 

Make 12 mini muffins for 4 sp on blue and purple 6 on green unless you use egg whites

Pecan Pie in a Mug ---

 2 tsp of light butter , I used Land O Lakes with Canola Oil

1 egg

2 tbsp of sugar free pancake syrup

1 tbsp light Karo  corn  syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

dash of salt

1 tbsp brown sugar substitute I used surkin gold

Combine all the above in a bowl.

Spray a small mug with non stick spray . Crush 1 sheet of graham crackers and sprinkle on bottom of the mug and pour the about on top  and top with 2 tbsp of chopped pecans and place in microwave and cook for 2 mins . ( if you want to add half the nuts inside and half on top that would work too) top with whipped cream .

8 smart points on Blue and Purple and 10 on green 





Ginger Snap Cheesecake Smoothie

 1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk or milk of your choice 1 sp

 2 tbsp of pure pumpkin

3 tbsp of non fat Greek Yogurt  or 1 scoop of protein powder

3 tbsp of monk fruit sugar replacement

1 tsp of molasses  1 sp

1 tsp of sugar free instant  cheesecake pudding mix

1/4 tsp of xantham gum

1/2 tsp gingerbread spice

dash salt 

6 drops of cheesecake flavoring  (optional )

10 ice cubes

Add everything in your bullet and blend ! Top with some whipped cream and a dash of ginger bread spice 

2 sp on blue and purple for the whole drink or 1 sp for half
