Cranberry Sauce -homemade for zero points - taken from Ina Garden recipe Cranberry Fruit Conserve

12 oz bag of fresh Cranberries

1/2 cup of Lakanto Monk Fruit Sugar Substutue

1 orange zest and juice

1 lemon zest and juice

1 apple diced 

dash of salt 

1 cup water 

Place cranberries , monk fruit, and water in a heavy bottom sauce pan and bring to a boil and boil on a med heat for aprox 15 mins until the cranberries break down. Add the juice and zest of the lemon and orange and the died apple and cook for another 15 mins. Let cool and it will thicken the more it cools
