Pumpkin Bear Claw Danish

 1 cup of all purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup of nf greek yogurt 

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg

2 tbsp of pure pumpkin

1/2 tsp pumkin pie spice

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

3 tbsp of brown sugar substitute 

combine everything till a dough forms . Splint into 2 . Roll each out and spry with butter spray and add cinnamon and sugar substitute and pumpkin pie spice . Roll up and cut into 2 rolls. Do the same with the other half . Bake 350 for 18 mins, Cool 

Make a glaze  with powdered monk fruit and water or milk of choice . 4 bear claw 3 sp each on Blue and Purple
