Carrot Cake Steel Cut Oats in the Crockpot

 10  cups of Water

2 cups of Steel Cut Oats

23 oz Unsweetened Apple Sauce

1 10 0z bag of Shredded Carrot

1/3 cup of Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement

2 tbsp Cinnamon 

1 tbsp Pumkin Pie Spice

1/2 tsp salt

1 8 oz can Crushed pineapple drained

1 cup of Raisins  ( optional)

Combine all ingredients in a 7-quart or larger slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Makes 16 1 cup servings 

Purple 0 sp Blue 2 sp Green 2 sp 

You can top with shredded coconut ,whipped Cream cheese,  nuts or maple syrup ( just adjust the points )
