Pumpkin Butter - Lightened Up Pumpkin Butter

 15 oz Pure pumpkin

1 cup of unsweetened Applesauce

1/4 cup of sugar free pancake syrup

1/2 cup swerve brown  or brown sugar substitute of your choice

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice ( I used 1 tsp of Pumpkin pie spice and 1 tsp cinnamon ) 

1 tsp ground ginger'

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp lemon juice

You can put it all in a slow cooker with the lid cracked open because you want it to cook down. I chose to simmer on the stove till it cooked down . It cooked for a hour . Great on toast and oatmeal .
