1/2 kodiak power cakes min in dark chocolate
1/2 cup unsweetened almond mink or cashew milk
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp of no fat greek yogurt
1 tsp unsweetened coco powder I used the special dark
1 tsp of instant coffee I used instant espresso powder
3 tbsp monk fruit sugar substitute
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pre heat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients well and let sit for 5 mins. Get your pan sprayed with non stick spray . Distribute the batter between all 6 donuts cavities.
I did top mine with a few lily dark chocolate chips.
Bake for 11 mins
Let cool in pan for 4 mins and then carefully remove to cool completely.
2 tbsp of pb2
3 tbsp of sugar free maple pancake syrup.
combine and dip each donut in . Sprinkle with chocolate jimmies/sprinkles not much

Peanut Butter Kodiak Donuts
1/2 cup of kodiak pb Power cakes
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 egg
2 tbsp of pb2
2 tbsp of nf greek yogurt
2 tbsp of monk fruit sugar substitue
1 tsp baking powder
Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 5 mins. Preheat oven @350 . Spray donut pan and place batter evenly in all 6 cavities .
a few lily choc chips in each
a few chocolate sprinkles
Place these evenly on top not enough that you need to count.
Bake for 11 mins and let cool in pans for 5 mins then remove and cool completely. I drizzled chocolate syrup on my donut , Be careful as some have point for the amount you use.
Donut itself is 1 sp for 1 and 2 sp for 2

Almond Poppy Seed and Lemmon Kodiak Donuts
1/2 cup of Kodiak Almond Poppy Seed Power cakes mix
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk or cashew milk
1 egg
2 tbsp nf greek yogurt
2 tbsp of monk fruit sugar substiute
zest of I Lemmon more or less to your taste
Mix all ingredients and let sit for 5 minutes, Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a donut pan with non-stick spray . Evenly place batter in all 6 cavities .
Bale for 12 minutes. Let cool in pan for 5 min then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
Mix 4 tbsp of powders sugar substitute of your choice (zero points) mix with fresh Lemmon juice until the texture you desire is achieved, Dip each donut and coat.

3 tbsp of water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chia seeds
Rinse and chop your berries add to pot with monk fruit and water, Cook down for approx 20 mins on moderate heat and keep an eye and keep stirring. . Remove from heat add your chia and vanilla and let cool and refrigerate .

Strawberry Jello Fluff
1 package of sugar free Strawberry Jello ( I used great value which is zero points)
1/2 cup of boiling water
1/2 cup of cold water
200 grams of fat free greek yogurt ( this is what the English lady used where I saw this )
Place jello in bowl and add 1/2 cup boiling water and mix well. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and mix well. Refrigerate for 20 minutes . Add 200 grams of FF greek yogurt and mix well. I placed some chopped fresh strawberries in the bottom of 4 glasses and divide jello mixture evenly . Refrigerate for at least 3 hours . I will top with some red whip and enjoy
On the blue and purple plan using the jello I used its zero points a serving and add in points for topping if you choose to use .
You can use any jello flavor or choice . Its delicious !
