Sriracha Roasted Carrot Dip

Recipe: Sriracha Roasted Carrot Dip   Makes 2 cups
1 1/2 pounds of carrots peeled and roughly chopped
1 onion chopped         2 cloves of garlic      1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar    1/2-1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
1 tsp cumin         salt and pepper  to taste
1/2-1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
Place carrots and onion and garlic on a foiled lined baking tray sprayed with non-stick spray. Spray the veggies with EVOO spray and add some salt and pepper. Roast for 20 mins and toss and roast for another 12 mins. Remove the tray  from oven and place everything in a food processor and add the rest of the ingredients and puree,
Serving size 1/4 cup. Makes 8 1/4 servings

Blue Plan: Zero
Green Plan: 1/4 cup is zero. 1/2 cup is 1 point
Purple Plan Zero

Hummus

Low  Point Hummus  A Dish with Dee Original 

Hummus Dip
1 can of chickpea drained and rinsed
2-3 roasted cloves of garlic
1/4-1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
the juice and zest of 1 lemon
Blend everything in a food processor until combined and smooth.
I did add about 1 1/2 tbsp of water to thin it out a bit.
you can drizzle a very tiny amount of toasted sesame oil if you like. But just a very small amount.
Blue plan -zero points for any amount
Purple Plan - zero points for any amount
Green plan 1/4 cup is 1 sp and 1/2 cup is 3 sp. WW math.
salt and pepper

Apple Bread Mini Loaf



Mini Apple Loaf
1/4 cup of quick-cooking oats 1 egg
1/2 banana mashed 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce or 2 tbsp apple cider 1 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 tsp cinnamon or apple pie spice from amish bulk store 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp of Lakinato Brown sugar substitute 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 of an apple shredded combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased mini loaf pan that you sprayed with pam butter spray. I sprinkled 1 tsp of crushed hemp hearts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Place a toothpick to make sure it is cooked through.
Make 1 min loaf 2 sp on Blue and Zero on Purple and 4 sp on Green
