Hummus

Low  Point Hummus  A Dish with Dee Original 

Hummus Dip
1 can of chickpea drained and rinsed
2-3 roasted cloves of garlic
1/4-1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
the juice and zest of 1 lemon
Blend everything in a food processor until combined and smooth.
I did add about 1 1/2 tbsp of water to thin it out a bit.
you can drizzle a very tiny amount of toasted sesame oil if you like. But just a very small amount.
Blue plan -zero points for any amount
Purple Plan - zero points for any amount
Green plan 1/4 cup is 1 sp and 1/2 cup is 3 sp. WW math.
salt and pepper



This recipe is zero points on blue and purple
